Wholesale commerce, built around the way you sell.
A B2B commerce platform that brings account approval, tailored pricing, orders and fulfilment into one connected workflow.
- My role
- Interface design, frontend and backend development, system integrations
- Scope
- Online storefront, business accounts and admin dashboard
Every wholesale relationship has its own rules.
Wholesale prices, discounts and payment terms can differ by account. When applications, orders, stock, invoices and shipping live in separate tools, teams repeat the same work.
The brief called for a storefront and an operational backbone that could be managed together.
One source of truth for the store and the team.
The storefront, company accounts, admin dashboard and external connections share a data model. Orders, reports and invoices draw from the same source.
From account request to fulfilment.
- 01Business account
A business creates an account with its tax details.
- 02Approval
The team reviews the application. Only approved businesses can see pricing.
- 03Pricing
Account, category and brand discounts are calculated alongside coupon rules.
- 04Order
Customers order from the basket or directly by product code. Stock is reserved during payment.
- 05Payment
The payment response is checked for signature and amount. If payment fails, the reserved stock is released.
- 06After the sale
Shipping, e-invoicing, accounting and notifications run through a queue.
The whole sales operation, in one place.
The dashboard gives the team dedicated controls for approvals, pricing, orders and products.
- Accounts
- Manage applications, account approval, minimum order values, credit limits and payment terms.
- Pricing & promotions
- Set discounts by account, category or brand, with coupons and price history in the same dashboard.
- Orders & returns
- Order states follow defined rules; return requests are tracked alongside them.
- Products & content
- Bulk product uploads, categories, brands and editorial content are managed centrally.
- Reporting
- Reports, product analysis and operational oversight come together in the dashboard.
Designed with control and traceability in mind.
- Admin access
- Admin sign-in uses two-factor authentication, with optional IP restrictions for the dashboard.
- Sessions
- Sign-out across devices ends existing sessions. An unavailable database does not leave a session open.
- Audit log
- Administrative actions are recorded.
- Personal data requests (KVKK)
- Personal data requests can be managed in the dashboard; consent records are stored with their supporting details.
- Request protection
- Requests are rate limited and the content security policy is refreshed with each response.
The technology behind the workflow.

Pricing, orders and operations in sync.
